How It Works
What working with us actually looks like.
Nine steps from first email to a campaign that's live and being managed. You're involved in three of them: send photos, approve a draft, answer the phone.
Intake — the brief and your photos
A short brief: what you do, where you work, who you want calling, and the one offer worth leading with. Ten minutes.
Then the part that matters most — 10 to 20 recent job photos off your phone. Completed work, before-and-afters, the crew, the trucks, your logo. You probably think they're worthless; they're the reason your ads will look like they were made for you and not for anybody. We'll chase you for these, and it's the only real homework in the process.
Ad account access
You grant us partner access to your Meta ad account and Facebook page — or we walk you through creating them, which takes about twenty minutes. We do this at the start rather than at launch, because it's the single most common place a project stalls.
Your card stays on your account. We get admin access to run the campaign; your ad budget never passes through us, and everything stays yours if we part ways.
Concept
We write a short script or shot concept for each video and send it over before anything is produced. This is your cheapest chance to redirect us — say "that's not how we talk about our warranty" here and it costs nothing to change.
Every ad is built to run about 15 seconds, the length that holds attention on Reels, TikTok and Shorts, so the concept is written to land the hook, the offer, and your number inside it.
Production
Your real photos and footage are the spine of the ad. AI does the production polish on top — the hook, the motion and camera moves, transitions, b-roll, the text treatment.
That's what makes this affordable: no crew day, no location fee, no equipment rental sitting inside your invoice — without leaning on a generic stock render to fake it.
Our own QA pass
Before anything reaches you, we watch it back properly — pacing, the hook in the first two seconds, whether your offer is legible on a phone with the sound off. You should never be the first person to notice a problem with your ad.
Your review
You watch the cut and tell us what to change. One revision round per batch is included. Want more than that? Ask, and we'll quote it rather than pretend the limit doesn't exist.
On a Launch Pack, this is also where the guarantee sits: if the first drafts aren't what you wanted, your deposit comes back in full.
Campaign build and launch
We build the campaign on your account and put it live: radius targeting around your service area, the audience, placements, a lead form or click-to-call depending on how you want to be contacted, and the budget set to your number — not ours.
Optimization
For Growth clients, this is the ongoing work: rotating fresh creative in, turning off the ads that are losing money, and putting more behind the ones that are working. Ads decay — the same three videos running for six months stop performing whether or not they were good on day one.
Monthly readout
A short, plain-language summary each month: what ran, what it cost, what's working, and what we're changing next. No dashboard to log into, no jargon, and no pretending a bad month was a good one.
The intake brief
Here's exactly what we'll ask you for.
No discovery workshop and no surprises. If you can answer these and open your camera roll, we can start.
Your business
- 1. Business name & service area
- 2. The core service you want advertised
- 3. Your ideal customer — homeowners, an age range, urgency signals like storm damage or a dead furnace
- 4. One clear selling point or current offer — "free inspection," "financing available"
- 5. Anything you explicitly don't want — competitor comparisons, certain music styles
Your assets — required
- 6. 10–20 recent job photos, before-and-afters especially
- 7. Any video off your phone — job sites, drone shots, the crew, the trucks
- 8. Your logo, best quality you have
- 9. Photos of you and the crew, if you're willing to appear
Your campaign
- 10. Meta ad account and Facebook page access — or help creating them
- 11. Where leads should go: email, text, or straight to the phone
- 12. Your monthly ad budget and the radius or postal codes to target
Timing
When your ads go live.
A Launch Pack is about two weeks from the day your photos land with us — three finished ads and one campaign built and launched on your account. We'll give you a firm date when you book, not a range.
Growth clients get two new videos every two weeks on an agreed schedule — four a month, arriving steadily rather than in one lump, so what's in market doesn't go stale halfway through. The campaign is managed continuously in between, and the readout lands monthly.
The clock starts at assets, not at signature. The fastest thing you can do to get your ads live is send the photos.
Ready when you are.
Start with a free sample ad built from your own job photos. If we're not the right fit for your business, we'll say so on the first reply.
